Sandvik Mining and Construction de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Partsman in Timika, Papua, Indonesia. The role focuses on processing and distributing parts to internal customers within a workshop setting, Monday to Saturday, reporting to the Workshop Manager.

You will pick, pack and dispatch spare parts, support inventory control, and ensure accurate data entry in Sandvik IT systems while collaborating with management and suppliers to maintain smooth stores operations.

Competenze

• Minimum of 8 years’ warehouse/stores experience in a heavy mining or equipment manufacturing environment.
• Current Forklift license is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for 6–8 hours/day.

Mansioni

• Liaising with management, suppliers and customers regarding stores operations.
• Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching spare parts and materials; maintaining inventory control.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure parts are delivered to the correct department.
• Enter detailed data into Sandvik IT systems; assist with discrepancy investigations.
• General warehouse and workshop maintenance and housekeeping.
