Job summary

PT Manoor Bulatn Lestari is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to provide maintenance support for mining equipment at our site in Kalimantan Timur. You will plan, monitor, and improve maintenance programs to enhance reliability and equipment availability.

You will analyze failures, develop corrective and preventive maintenance strategies, monitor costs and utilization, and ensure all activities comply with HSE standards and regulations. This role is on-site and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering support for mining equipment and site operations.
• Plan, monitor, and improve equipment maintenance, reliability, and availability.
• Analyze equipment failures and develop corrective and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Monitor equipment performance, maintenance costs, and equipment utilization.
• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving for heavy equipment and mechanical systems.
• Develop and review maintenance plans, technical specifications, and engineering reports.
• Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with company standards, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.
