Job summary

Hexagon Mining, Inc. is seeking a Production/Dispatch FMS Engineer or Supervisor to join our Customer Services team in Indonesia.

Based in Balikpapan, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting solution design, implementation activities, and ongoing optimisation of Hexagon’s Op Pro fleet management system for mining operations. You will engage with operators and technical stakeholders, analyse production workflows, and deliver tailored recommendations to improve dispatch efficiency, fleet

Qualifications

• Experience in Mining Production, deployment and operation of FMS or production systems.
• Strong understanding of mine operations workflows including dispatch, haulage, drilling and blasting interfaces, and production reporting.
• Experience working with fleet management or operational technology systems (e.g., dispatch systems, operational control platforms, or mine optimisation tools).
• Ability to engage with operational and technical stakeholders in mining environments, including site-based teams and corporate functions.
• Prior experience in a multi divisional structure, supporting multiple projects at once
• Fluent in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with mining customers to understand operational workflows, production objectives, constraints, and fleet management challenges.
• Analyse operational processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement using Op Pro functionality and industry best practice.
• Develop and deliver tailored recommendations that improve fleet utilisation, dispatch efficiency, cycle performance, and overall operational outcomes.
