Job summary

GoTymeX is seeking a Mid-level UX Writer to shape copy for live products and scale our content system. You’ll think in patterns, focusing on reuse and consistency rather than page-by-page work.

You’ll partner with engineers, designers, QA, and legal while using AI as a thinking partner, not just a generator. You will contribute to and uphold content standards, style guides, and pattern libraries, while collaborating across countries and time zones in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience writing for digital products.
• A background in UX writing, product writing, content design, or digital copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Write customer-facing copy for product features with clarity and consistency at the journey level.
• Contribute to and evolve content standards, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Use AI tooling to identify inconsistencies, draft variants, and test content decisions.
• Review product messaging before go-live to ensure quality across markets.
• Coordinate with the UX Writing hub to ensure localization and accessibility.
• Present and defend content decisions cross-functionally with engineers, QA, legal, and brand.
