Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking a skilled Back-end Developer to join our Jakarta/Bekasi-based team. You will design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions that support procurement, supply chain management, and enterprise applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional back-end development experience with ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and C#.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM, including plugin and workflow development.
• Proficient in SQL Server, database design, and Microsoft SQL Server tools.
• Experience with REST API integration and web services.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Knowledge of build automation tools, version control systems (Git), and IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using ASP.NET, .NET Framework, C#, and related technologies.
• Design, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and plugins to meet complex business requirements.
• Build and optimize SQL Server databases and perform database design to support application functionality.
• Implement REST API integrations and utilize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Write clean, secure code following best practices for software development.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct code reviews, develop and execute test plans, and proactively address bugs and technical debt.
• Support system deployment, troubleshoot production issues, and provide performance reports for development cycles.
