Job Overview:

The Metallurgist Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing metallurgical processes (processing and recovery) to ensure production efficiency, product quality, and achievement of recovery targets in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mineral processing operations (crushing, grinding, flotation, etc.)
• Optimize recovery and metallurgical process efficiency
• Analyze plant performance and provide improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Prepare technical reports and plant performance analyses
• Communicate with international stakeholders (Mandarin-speaking – principals, investors, vendors)
• Control reagent usage and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a processing plant
