Job summary

Indodana is seeking a field sales representative to manage the Bangka Belitung area. You will build and maintain strong relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps and drive sales targets in your designated region.

The role includes training store staff on Merchant Apps, promoting POP materials in stores, and executing promotional socialization programs. Motorcycle ownership with SIM C is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or diploma required.
• Leasing background is a plus.
• At least 1 year of related field experience for high school level.
• Fresh graduates are welcome for diploma level.
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have motorcycle and SIM C.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Responsible for sales targets in the area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in stores.
• Do promotion socialization programs to store staff.
• Handling Bangka-Belitung area.
