Job summary

Cermati is hiring a Merchant Relation Officer for Pangkal Pinang. The role focuses on building strong relationships with SME merchants using the Merchant Apps and driving sales targets in the local area.

You will train store staff on Merchant Apps, ensure POP materials promotion, and run promotion socialization activities to drive adoption and in-store engagement.

Qualifications

• High school or diploma required.
• Leasing background is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience for high school level.
• Fresh graduates with a diploma are welcome.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
