Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a field-focused sales professional to maintain relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps and to drive sales targets in the Pangkalpinang area.

The role requires training store staff on Merchant Apps, promoting in-store promotions, and ensuring POP placements across the Bangka-Belitung region. Experience in Leasing is a plus, and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school or diploma required.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• 1 year of related field experience required for high school level; fresh graduates with diploma may apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Be responsible for sales targets in the area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP materials and promotions in stores.
• Promote socialization programs to store staff.
• Cover the Bangka-Belitung area.
