Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring a Marketing Content Creator to plan and produce content for social channels, in-app messaging, and email. You will craft diverse formats including artwork, infographics, and short-form videos, while engaging the merchant community and analyzing performance metrics.

The role requires Thai writing skills, English communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate feedback into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Content creator or related field (Fresh Graduate is welcome.)
• Strong Thai writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Good command of English for internal communication and working with regional or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms; basic video editing skills preferred.
• Familiar with basic design/content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools; ability to create simple artwork independently is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and using performance metrics to improve content and communication.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create merchant communication and content across social media, community, in-app, Push Notification, email, and Help Center
• Develop engaging content in various formats, including artwork, infographic, short-form video, and educational content
• Manage social media and merchant community, including content planning, engagement, and performance monitoring
• Monitor Merchant Voice and turn merchant feedback and pain points into actionable insights
• Support campaign and business communication, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and report key communication performance
