Qualifications

• Min 3 years in Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles within the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong network with mobile phone, tablet, or accessories dealers, distributors, or brand principals.
• Experience managing online sales, assortment planning, and dealer performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, promotions, negotiation, and margin management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

As a Merchandising Senior Officer – Mobile, Tablet & Accessories , you will be responsible for acquiring and managing dealers within the mobile device ecosystem, helping them grow their online business through Blibli. You will oversee category performance, develop commercial strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive assortment expansion, sales growth, and promotional success.

What You'll Do
