Job summary

MAP Active Asia invites motivated graduates to join the Future Leaders Program in merchandising. You will gain hands-on exposure to product strategy, assortment planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting within MAP's 360° retail ecosystem in Indonesia.

Basing in Jakarta, the program develops commercial leadership through immersive experiences with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, preparing you for a fast-paced retail career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Strong interest in merchandising, buying, merchandise planning, and retail analytics.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Internship experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly adaptable, agile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and business insights.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and work in a dynamic retail environment.
