Job summary

Kanmo Group is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Executive to support merchandising operations in Jakarta. The role focuses on stock allocation, consolidation, replenishment, and product assortment planning to maintain optimal inventory across all channels.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and inventory balance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in merchandising / retail / related field.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, able to balance data-driven decisions with commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of fashion & customer trends.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandising operations: replenishment, allocation, and inventory movement. Ensure right product, right store, right time execution
• Manage product distribution and replenishment based on store performance
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and key size availability across all channels, including monitoring sales performance and stock levels across stores
• Optimize stock allocation to maximize sales and minimize imbalance by doing weekly consolidation
• Plan product assortment based on sales, trends, and customer demand
• Prepare weekly & monthly product analysis reports
• Identify best-sellers and underperforming products
• Collaborate with stores and cross-functional teams to achieve targets
