Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field; Business, Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data entry, simple reporting).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Data entry and basic reporting; Time management and organization.
• Teamwork and coordination; Basic understanding of inventory/stock processes.

Responsibilities

• Input and update operational data accurately and on schedule.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO) as directed.
• Support stock opname (physical stock count) activities.
• Process product destruction/write-offs following standard procedures.
• Assist with administrative coordination for bazaars and promotional events.
• Consolidate data from multiple stores/sources for reporting.
• Check invoices and track payment status.
• Help compile TOP (Top of Product)/best-seller data per store.
• Support payment planning documentation and tracking.
