PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking a field merchandiser to visit stores across Jakarta, ensuring optimal display, stock, and promotions. The role requires strong Excel/Sheets reporting, proactive coordination with store staff, and timely updates on planograms and POSM compliance.

The incumbent will monitor stock levels, execute promotional mechanics, and deliver concise reports on store visits and outcomes. Willingness to travel between stores is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Modern Trade, FMCG, beauty, retail, or merchandising.
• Familiar with store execution, merchandising, promotions, and sales reporting.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct store visits according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure product displays, planograms, facing, POSM, and brand visibility meet company standards.
• Monitor stock availability, OOS, low stock, and priority SKUs.
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding display, stock, and promotional execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on store visits, stock, display, and promotions.

• Conduct store visits according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure product displays, planograms, facing, POSM, and brand visibility meet company standards.
• Monitor stock availability, OOS, low stock, and priority SKUs.
• Ensure promotional activities are executed according to the agreed mechanics and schedule.
• Document store conditions, displays, promotions, and stock through photo reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding display, stock, and promotional execution.
• Report store issues and execution gaps to the KAE or Team Leader for follow-up.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on store visits, stock, display, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Modern Trade, FMCG, beauty, retail, or merchandising is preferred.
• Familiar with store execution, merchandising, promotions, and basic PO or sales reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in the field, travel between stores, and follow assigned routes.
