Job summary

OttoDigital Group seeks a qualified MEP Quality Control / Site Supervisor to ensure QA/QC on all MEP works in West Java projects.

The role requires 3–5 years in MEP quality control or site supervision, with experience in data centers or commercial buildings, strong document control, NCR management, and cross‑discipline coordination.

You will review drawings, witness tests, support testing and commissioning, and facilitate punch list closure and project handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field.
3–5 years of experience in MEP quality control, site supervision, construction, or project execution.
Experience in MEP construction and site supervision, preferably in data centers, critical facilities, or commercial building projects.
Experience in QA/QC inspection, NCR management, defect management, progress verification, and T&C.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and quality control of MEP works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Supervise daily MEP site activities and monitor contractor/vendor execution and method statement compliance.
Oversee material inspection, issue NCRs, manage defect lists, and close punch lists on schedule.
Coordinate MEP works with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders and verify progress.
