Job summary

Lippo Karawaci seeks a Mechanical and Electrical Specialist to review and monitor MEP design for residential landed or commercial projects. The role requires coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure designs meet code and project requirements.

You will prepare plans and specifications for MEP systems, provide technical advice to staff designers, supervisors, inspectors and contractors, and analyze engineering problems to formulate practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields including Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic/Electromechanical or Mechanical.
• At least 4 years of experience as Mechanical and Electrical Specialist (Landed House).
• Responsible, hardworking, able to work independently or with a team, initiative, good communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor MEP design process of residential landed or commercial project.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Prepare plans, details, specifications of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Provide technical advice to staff designers, supervisors, inspectors and contracting service providers on MEP installation.
• Analyze MEP engineering problems and formulate solutions.

At least 4 Year(s) of working experience as Mechanical and Electrical Specialist (Landed House)

Responsible, hard worker, able to work independently or with team, initiative, good communication and proactive in resolving technical & coordination’s issues

Willing to be placed in Cikarang
