Job summary

Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. in Indonesia is seeking an experienced MEP Drafter to prepare, develop, and update MEP drawings for construction projects. You will coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure drawings meet design, standards, and project requirements.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Drafting.
• Proven experience as an MEP Drafter in construction, MEP contracting, or engineering projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop MEP drawings, including layouts, shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Produce drawings for HVAC, ventilation, piping, drainage, MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, and plumbing.
• Review design drawings and specs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural plans to resolve clashes.
• Revise drawings based on changes, site conditions, and consultant comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings from site changes and installation conditions.
• Ensure drawings comply with design documents and drafting standards.
• Maintain drawing records and revision histories.
• Support engineers and project teams with shop and coordination drawings.
