Job summary

PT Axindo Humaperdana is seeking a BIM Specialist to support site projects in Cikarang, Jakarta, or other cities. You will develop BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, coordinate disciplines, and ensure drawings reflect site requirements.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit (MEP), comfortable with 3D BIM concepts, and experienced in clash detection. You will manage modelers, work with the PM, and maintain thorough project records to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and BIM 3D concepts.
• Able to prepare and read Design, Shop, and As-Built Drawings.
• Experience in clash detection.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under project deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage modelers and BIM projects.
• Develop BIM models with Revit and Navisworks.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection with Architecture & Structure.
• Work closely with Project Manager and team to ensure drawings or models are as per site requirements.
• Identify design errors and communicate them immediately to the project team.
• Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing and completion of projects.

Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company (CIKARANG / JAKARTA / OTHER CITY)

Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and BIM 3D concepts
