Job summary

SMEC (an SJ Group company) in Indonesia is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop intelligent 3D models of MEP systems using Autodesk Revit. You will coordinate with architects, structural and MEP engineers, perform clash detection in Navisworks, and generate precise 2D drawings from the BIM model.

You’ll ensure BEP and LOD compliance, manage model data for accurate cost estimation and procurement, and contribute to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience creating 3D BIM models for MEP systems in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience performing clash detection and coordinating with project teams.
• Ability to generate 2D shop drawings from BIM models and ensure BEP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain intelligent 3D MEP models in Revit.
• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection in Navisworks/BIM 360 and resolve conflicts.
• Generate 2D drawings and ensure BEP / LOD compliance and data management.
• Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP engineers and contractors.
