Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s PHC Sales and Detailing team in Jakarta seeks a hands-on Medical Representative to execute sales strategies, understand customer needs, and provide detailed product information to retailers and health professionals. You will build strong customer relationships and collaborate within the team to drive growth while complying with stewardship requirements.

You will be open to mobility across Indonesia (Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung, Surabaya) and must hold a valid motorcycle license

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a medical representative or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree; health-related background preferred (pharmacy, biology or related field).
• Must be able to drive and hold a motorcycle license (SIM C) in Indonesia.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Commitment to compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements.
• Willingness to mobility across Indonesia (Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung, Surabaya).
