Job summary

Prodia Widyahusada Tbk in Indonesia is seeking a Laboratory Management professional to ensure the availability and review of internal and external quality control assessments for laboratory and non-laboratory results. You will provide daily clinical and analytical interpretation of results issued by Prodia laboratories.

The role includes performing non-laboratory examinations (X-ray, ECG, treadmill, ultrasound, audiometry, spirometry) and handling customer complaints while ensuring staff

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Medical Practice License (SIP).
• Experience or training in laboratory management and/or laboratory procedures preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to support clinical education, customer complaint handling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and review of internal and external quality control assessments for lab and non-lab results.
• Provide clinical and/or analytical interpretation of results issued daily by Prodia laboratories.
• Manage non-laboratory examinations such as X-ray, ECG, treadmill, USG, audiometry, and spirometry.
• Address customer complaints related to test results with appropriate responses.
• Ensure competency of Prodia laboratory analysts in technical skills, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Ensure K3 occupational safety guidelines are implemented for workplace safety and environment.
• Participate as a speaker in seminars and educational sessions for doctors, contractors, and the general public.

Job description

• Ensure the availability and review of internal and external quality control assessments for laboratory and non-laboratory examination results.
• Ensure the availability of clinical and/or analytical interpretation of laboratory examination results issued daily by Prodia laboratories.
• Perform non-laboratory examinations, including X-ray, ECG, Treadmill, Ultrasound (USG), Audiometry, and Spirometry.
• Handle and provide appropriate responses to customer complaints related to laboratory and non-laboratory examination results, including X-ray, ECG, Treadmill, Ultrasound, Audiometry, and Spirometry.
• Ensure the competency of Prodia laboratory analysts in laboratory technical/analytical skills, product knowledge, and examination procedures.
• Ensure that Prodia Occupational Health and Safety (K3) guidelines are implemented as the basis for maintaining workplace safety, occupational health, laboratory safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate as a speaker in seminars and educational sessions for doctors, contractors, and/or the general public, in accordance with the marketing program and workplace needs.
