Job summary

Rey.id, a technology-driven health and life insurer in Indonesia, seeks a part-time Medical Advisor to oversee claim processes and medical information handling.

You will ensure SLA adherence, support Care and Claims teams, and provide clear claim information to members via the member apps, with reports generated weekly, monthly, and yearly.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Health Insurance/teleconsultation platform.
• Having claim analyst experience in Insurance company would be an advantage.
• Analytic and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claim process and payments, including high claim and ex-gratia claim handling.
• Ensure proper processes for Care and Claims teams, especially related to medical information (diagnosis, medically necessary items, conditions).
• Manage claim processing within agreed SLA.
• Provide clear claim information to members via the member app for all medical queries and conditions.
• Prepare and provide claim reports (weekly, monthly, yearly).

Responsible for claim process and payment including high claim & ex-gratia claim process.

Ensure proper process and handling of Care and Claim team, especially related to medically information : diagnose, medically necessary items, medical condition related to product.

Claim Process within agreed SLA.

Provide clean and clear claim information to member through member apps for all medical queries and condition mentioned in policy jump into Care Team's shifting, if needed.

Prepare and provide claim report (weekly, monthly, yearly)
