Job summary

Dentsu seeks a Media Admin Intern to support day-to-day operations behind live media campaigns in Jakarta. You’ll assist with trackers, reports, documentation, bookings, and coordinating with teams and vendors to keep campaigns on track.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets. A full-time internship for at least 3 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with an interest in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to keep tasks on track.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and handling numbers, reports, and data.
• A good communicator who can follow up, ask questions, and speak up when needed.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations behind live media campaigns.
• Help manage campaign trackers, reports, documentation, bookings, and other media processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to keep campaigns moving.
• Support purchase orders, invoicing, and other commercial processes.
• Follow up on timelines and requirements, helping the team stay on track.
