Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pedestal cranes offshore, following SOPs and manuals. The role requires extensive hands-on crane experience and offshore exposure.

You will be responsible for updating maintenance logs, entering completed work into the Work Management System (WMS) such as SAP tools, and recording part replacements as needed to maintain equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Eight years of pedestal crane maintenance experience, including three offshore lifting years.
• Senior technical school or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on pedestal cranes and lifting machines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on pedestal cranes.
• Update maintenance logbooks upon maintenance completion.
• Enter completed maintenance into the Work Management System (WMS) such as SAP tools.
• Register and update part replacements in the WMS as needed.

Job description

Carry out equipment preventive and corrective maintenance WORK relating to mechanical, complying to standard operating procedures, manufacturing manuals/instructions.

Update and maintain equipment maintenance logbooks upon equipment preventive and corrective maintenance WORK completion.

Update equipment preventive and corrective maintenance WORK completed into COMPANY’s Work Management System (WMS) (e.g. SAP tools).

Register and update part replacements during preventive and corrective maintenance WORK into COMPANY’s Work Management System (WMS) (e.g. SAP tools).

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies

Senior technical school or equivalent.

Eight (8) years of experience in pedestal crane maintenance, including three (3) years of experience in offshore pedestal crane lifting maintenance.

Proficient in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on most models of pedestal cranes, including engines and hydraulic systems, winch drums, gear boxes, wire ropes, sheaves, booms and safety devices pedestal cranes, slew bearings, and pinion gears.

Proficient in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on most models of lifting machine manual such as chain hoists, lever hoists and tirfor, including overhauls, brake adjustments and measurements.

Knowledgeable in reading hydraulic circuit diagrams, unit pressures, unit forces and schematic mechanical diagrams.
