Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Filling Plant Operator to support preparation, production control, and quality compliance across our palm oil processing facilities in Indonesia.

You will follow foreman instructions, maintain logs, ensure safety, and uphold ISO and HACCP standards while helping to maintain equipment and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preparation, process and production control as instructed by foreman.
• Maintain and support the process and quality of filling results per specifications.
• Control CCP to monitor and notify foreman for corrective actions per ISO and HACCP.
• Assist trials and commissioning of machines.
• Fill logsheets documenting production process from material start to result.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedule to keep equipment in good condition.
• Enforce Safety Regulation (5R1S / EHFS).
• Maintain discipline and professionalism in the workplace.
• Implement quality management systems (ISO 9001/22000, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) and PRP.
• Improve personal performance.
• Maintain and clean all equipment and area of the filling plant.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and proper documentation.

Job description

1. 1. Conduct preparation, process and production control in accordance with foreman instructions
2. 2. Maintain and support the process and quality of filling results in accordance with the specified specifications.
3. 3. Controlling the existing CCP in order to properly monitor and info immediately to the foreman / supervisor to request corrective action if there are deviations in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document and HACCP Plan (special filling operator mechine)
4. 4. Doing / support / help trial and commissioning machine.
5. 5. Fill out all logsheets as documentation media of production process from material start to production result according to part handled (Mechine / transfer / stockist / maintenance / general)
6. 6. Watching / executing preventive maintenance schedule to keep production equipment well used.
7. 7. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies (5R1S / EHFS).

9. 9. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP), and Implementing PRP well and correctly in its departement.
