Kandidat akan menjadi anchor desain mekanik dan penghubung antar departemen. Persyaratan mencakup gelar di Teknik Mesin, 2–3 tahun pengalaman, serta kemampuan SolidWorks dan manajemen dokumen teknis.

Qualifications

• Gelar D3 atau S1 di bidang Teknik Mesin atau sejenis.
• Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Drafter Mekanik/Designer.
• Pengalaman mengkoordinasikan tim kecil sangat diutamakan.
• Mahir SolidWorks untuk pemodelan 3D dan detailing 2D.
• Pengetahuan material mekanik, BoQ/BoM, serta proses manufaktur dasar.

Responsibilities

• Menghasilkan, merevisi, dan memelihara model 2D/3D serta gambar kerja.
• Menyiapkan spesifikasi produk dan arsip gambar teknis.
• Optimasi desain untuk produksi dan dukungan fabrikasi.
• Koordinasi harian tim mekanik, melacak timeline, dan laporan kemajuan.
• Menjadi penghubung utama antara tim mekanik, manajemen, dan divisi lain.
• Menyiapkan permintaan dana proyek, laporan biaya, dan BoQ.
• Bersinergi dengan supplier eksternal untuk kebutuhan produksi.

Job description

AVS Simulator (PT Alam Virtual Semesta) is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and leadership-minded Mechanical Drafter & Team Coordinator to join our Engineering team in Bandung.

In this role, you will go beyond traditional drafting—combining 2D/3D CAD design expertise with daily team coordination, manufacturing support, and operational leadership. You will serve as the primary anchor for our mechanical team's day-to-day activities and cross-departmental alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Design & Documentation:

Create, revise, and maintain 2D/3D models (using SolidWorks), working drawings, layouts, and product technical documentations.

Prepare product specifications and manage technical drawing archives.

Production Support & Optimization:

Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and provide technical support during production and fabrication phases.

Coordinate closely with Technology and Production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

Team Coordination & Daily Supervision:

Direct and coordinate daily activities for the mechanical team, track project timelines, and compile daily team progress reports.

Function as the main communication liaison between the mechanical team, internal management, and other functional divisions.

Prepare project fund requests, expense reports, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).

Liaise with external suppliers to support production needs.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a Mechanical Drafter or Mechanical Designer. Prior experience coordinating a small team or acting as a co‑lead is a strong plus.

Technical Skills:

Highly proficient in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D detailing.

Sound knowledge of mechanical materials, BoQ/BoM creation, and basic manufacturing/coating processes.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and team coordination skills.

High attention to detail in managing project expense reports and technical drawing archives.

Ability to work independently and make responsible daily operational decisions.
