Job summary

We welcome fresh graduates or those with less than one year of experience. Candidates should have a High School/Vocational education (SMA/SMK) and a willingness to work in a team, follow safety standards, and grow within the brand.

Job description

We are seeking passionate, fast-learning, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Mechanics at BMW Tunas. You will be responsible for a broad scope of workshop operations, including inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, while gaining hands-on experience with premium automotive systems.

Job Description:

Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work in accordance with BMW standards.

Conduct initial vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and potential problems.

Handle mechanical, electrical, and system repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.

Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Continuously learn and adapt to new automotive technologies and repair methods.

Requirement:

Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK), preferably from Automotive Engineering or related fields.

Basic understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair methods.

Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.

Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a premium automotive workshop.

Able to work well in a team and follow safety standards.

Less than one year of experience or fresh graduates are welcome; prior automotive experience is an advantage.

Willing to be Placed at any BMW Tunas Branches.
