Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Jakarta is seeking a Measurement Sciences leader for the Personal Health Care (PHC) team. This role provides hands-on leadership and analytical execution, translating business questions into fit-for-purpose measurement plans, generating reliable data, and delivering actionable recommendations for product qualification, claims support, and lifecycle stewardship.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or closely related field.
• A PhD with relevant analytical experience, or a Master’s with substantial hands-on analytical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly in English; Bahasa Indonesia capability is preferred for local engagement.

Responsibilities

• Frame clear technical problem statements, hypotheses, learning plans and acceptance criteria.
• Select analytical approaches and adapt methods for tablets, capsules, liquids, semi-solids; ensure data quality.
