Job summary

World Vision International (New) is seeking a MEAL Coordinator to lead the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning for the Inclusion project in Timika, Papua. You will oversee data management, feedback mechanisms and learning plans to ensure alignment with national strategies and standards.

The role requires strong experience in quantitative and qualitative methods, data quality, and capacity building of field staff, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social development, statistics or a related field.
• Min. 3 years experience in monitoring, evaluation, research and learning.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with mobile data collection platforms (KoboCollect, ODK).

Responsibilities

• Lead MEAL planning, monitoring, evaluation and data management to support project goals.
• Develop data management guidelines, SOPs and reference materials.
• Coordinate with MEL Manager and Field Coordinator on monitoring plans and budgets.
• Provide technical support for stakeholders to identify resources and opportunities.
