Job summary

TikTok is seeking an MCN Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) in Jakarta to start in 2026. You will support the MCN team to monitor agencies’ performance, provide data-driven insights, and assist with cross-functional coordination on fast-paced projects.

You will gain hands-on experience, contribute to agency growth, and develop practical skills through on-the-job learning while committing to at least 3 months. Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in any major.
Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with MCN and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, and can work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills, good at visualizing data or analysis results.
English and Bahasa proficiency is a must as the main working language.
Minimum internship of 3 months.

Responsibilities

Support MCN team members monitor agencies' real-time performance, analyse the agencies' circumstances and give them advice.
Back up for MCN team members coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Checking the new agency registration and assigning MCN team members for management.
