Job summary

TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) offers a project‑internship that provides hands-on experience in merchant operations, GTM support, and data analysis within a fast‑moving commerce environment in Jakarta.

You will support the team in developing and executing merchant operations plans, conduct data analysis, and assist across cross‑functional initiatives with Product and regional teams. A strong analytical foundation and bilingual English/Indonesian communication are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress; all majors welcome.
• Strong analytical basics (Excel; SQL/Python is a plus).
• Clear logic, strong ownership and execution; ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional partners.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and basic verbal coordination).

Responsibilities

• Support merchant operations and GTM plans development and execution focusing on SMB acquisition, engagement, and growth.
• Collaborate with Product and regional BD teams to map merchant operation workflows and assist with basic segmentation.
• Pull, clean, and organize data using dashboards; monitor key metrics and provide summaries and insights.
• Assist in market and competitor research to inform operational strategies and merchant growth.
• Under guidance, learn search and recommendation mechanisms; support merchandise incubation and supply optimization initiatives.
