Job summary

PT Tunas Tuju Asa is seeking a Mathematics Teacher for the Secondary level to deliver engaging, student-centered lessons and help students prepare for the Cambridge IGCSE pathway. The role requires a Bachelor or Master in Mathematics or Mathematics Education and at least two years of international-curriculum teaching experience.

The ideal candidate will adapt instruction to diverse learners, manage the classroom effectively, and communicate with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Mathematics or Mathematics Education from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school with an international curriculum (IGCSE, As/A-Level/IB).
• Able to adapt teaching strategies to diverse student needs and motivate learners.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic office software, online teaching tools, and digital platforms.
• Familiar with the Cambridge curriculum; IGCSE and A Level experience is beneficial.

Mathematics Teacher for Secondary School Level

Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) Mathematics or Mathematics Education from a reputable university with a relevant background.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in school with International Curriculum (IGCSE, As/A-Level/IB) is required.

Able to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student learning needs, while inspiring and motivating students to achieve high academic standards.

Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, verbally and in writing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrates a genuine passion for education and student development.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in basic office software, online teaching tools, and digital classroom platforms.

Familiar with the Cambridge curriculum.

Exposure to or experience in teaching IGCSE and A Level Mathematics would be beneficial.
