Job summary

Fitrah Islamic World Academy invites applications for a Mathematics Teacher to join our Islamic research-based school in Indonesia. The role focuses on delivering mathematics instruction aligned with our academic standards and Islamic values.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with a GPA of 3.00 or higher, be proficient in English, and show enthusiasm for student development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for instructional purposes.
• Open to fresh graduates; teaching experience, internships, or assistant teaching experience are considered an advantage.
• Experience teaching Olympiad preparation, Cambridge curriculum, or UTBK-SNBT is a strong plus.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, strong communication skills, and genuine care for student development.
• Possesses good character, high integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and academic literacy.
• Able to utilize educational technology and implement innovative teaching methods.
• Capable of effective classroom management and fostering an inclusive, comfortable, and conducive learning environment.
• Willing to participate in training, coaching, and professional development, with a growth mindset.

Maximum 35yo, non-smoker, and in good physical and healthy.

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).

Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for instructional purposes.

Open to fresh graduates; teaching experience, internships, or assistant teaching experience are considered an advantage.
