Job summary

WonderMind is seeking a passionate Mathematics Teacher for Grade 1-3 to deliver engaging, concept-based lessons in a structured environment. You will guide students to understand math concepts, articulate reasoning, and build strong problem-solving skills.

Candidates should have a STEM degree, be fluent in English, and bring 2-5 years of classroom experience in math-focused settings. Familiarity with Singapore Math is a plus; the role follows a Monday-Saturday schedule with compensation options

• Graduate from a Top 20 Indonesian public or private university.
• 2-5 years teaching experience in a structured math learning center or enrichment program.
• Experience teaching primary school students.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Requirements

A. Education

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in STEM fields (Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or related)

Graduate from a Top 20 Indonesian public and private university

B. Experience & Personality

2-5 years teaching experience in a structured math learning center or enrichment program

Experience teaching primary school students

Familiarity with Singapore Math or concept-based learning is a plus

Patient, clear communicator, and confident in front of young learners

Positive energy and strong classroom presence

C. Language

Fluent in spoken and written English (classroom delivery standard)

Working Arrangement

Monday - Saturday | 09:00 - 18:00

Saturdays may include classes or events (common in education industry)
