OSI Electronics seeks a detail-oriented planner to coordinate production schedules and maintain material availability at its Batam facility. You will deliver weekly status reports to managers and customers, track shortages, and prepare shipment authorizations for finished goods.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with proficiency in CAD and MS Office. You will work independently or with teams to optimize capacity and support company goals.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from a reputable university.
• Oral communication and interpersonal skills to explain rules clearly.
• Creative problem-solving to gather relevant information and solve practical problems.
• Ability to review plans and apply provisions of the ordinances and codes to determine compliance with such regulations and to apply regulations to field conditions.
• Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed.
• Attention to details while keeping big-picture goals in mind.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; CAD, MS Office, and internet proficiency.
• Willing to learn and grow with every project; results oriented and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production plans with purchasing team to ensure material availability.
• Provide weekly status reports to Material/Resource managers and customers identifying production schedule status and issues that affect delivery.
• Provide Material shortage report to purchasing and program group to work on.
• Prepare shipment authorization for finished goods shipping to customers.
• Monitor monthly revenue of product lines handled and help ensure production capacity is utilized to the fullest.
• Assist in expediting problem materials or shortages whenever needed.
• Monitor inventory to check against negative adjustment inventory resulting from attrition and loss.
• Follow-up work Orders closure.

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.

Qualifications
