Job summary

PT Integritas Dinamika Indonesia is seeking a Growth & Analytics professional to monitor multi-channel performance across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop and drive revenue through data-driven initiatives. You will build dashboards, analyze seller-center data, and collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize listings, promotions, and timing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth/analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplace channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with marketplace dashboards and analytics tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance across marketplace channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Diagnose root causes of dips or plateaus and back findings with data.
• Design and recommend growth initiatives to lift conversion and revenue.
• Partner with marketing, content, and marketplace operations teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports for management.
• Run competitor and market benchmarking across marketplaces.
• Design and run A/B tests or pilots on listings and promotions and measure impact.
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, features, and best practices.
