Erajaya Active Lifestyle in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Operations professional to monitor pricing, promotions, stock levels, and product visibility across online channels for assigned brands. The role focuses on implementing action plans and evaluating results to maximize online sales performance.

You will conduct analysis, plan strategically, and offer recommendations to improve brand performance and drive sales in e-commerce marketplaces. Placement is in Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience on Ecommerce/Marketplace role or similar, especially in retail fashion company.
• Excellent communication and English skill.
• Placement will be at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor pricing, promotions, stock levels, and product visibility across online channels for assigned and supervised brands.
• Ensure action plans are effectively implemented, including continuous monitoring and evaluation of results.
• Conduct analysis and planning, and provide strategic recommendations to improve brand performance and sales in online channels.
• Analyze all activities carried out by the Sales Executive team to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
• Evaluate cost efficiency by assessing expenses against their impact on sales performance.
• Provide solutions to operational issues, including system errors and customer complaints.
• Ensure smooth execution of administrative processes, including purchase requests (PR), internal memos, claims, and other related documentation.
