PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) is seeking a talented Marketing Visual & Design professional to join our creative team in Pal Merah, Jakarta.

This full-time role focuses on creating compelling visual content and design solutions that communicate our brand message across platforms and drive audience engagement. You will collaborate with the marketing team, produce high-quality assets, maintain brand consistency, and stay ahead of design trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and visual marketing with a strong portfolio.
• Have videography and photography skills (Must)
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Experience in creating digital marketing content, including social graphics and multimedia assets

Responsibilities

• Develop and create visually appealing marketing materials for campaigns, ads, and promotional content
• Design graphics for social media platforms, websites, and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Produce high-quality visual assets including banners, infographics, presentations, and multimedia content
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all marketing channels and ensure adherence to brand standards
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to keep content competitive
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate design requirements into compelling visuals
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

About the role

PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) is seeking a talented Marketing Visual & Design professional to join our creative team. This is a full-time position based in Pal Merah, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and design solutions that communicate our brand message effectively to target audiences. You will play a strategic role in enhancing our brand presence across multiple platforms and driving engagement through innovative design work. This position is integral to our marketing efforts and directly contributes to the company's growth and market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and create visually appealing marketing materials, including digital and print designs for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content
• Design graphics for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Produce high-quality visual assets including banners, infographics, presentations, and multimedia content
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all marketing channels and ensure adherence to brand standards
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual content remains competitive and relevant
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in graphic design and visual marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence
• Have videography and photography skills (Must)
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Experience in creating digital marketing content, including social media graphics, web design elements, and multimedia assets
• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to produce work that is both aesthetically pleasing and strategically sound
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts into compelling visual designs
• Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in the design and marketing industry
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
