Mandala Terra Capital is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time in-house basis. Based in Kuta, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, you will craft visual content that communicates our brand message to diverse audiences.

The role involves creating brand-consistent materials across brochures, posters, social media, websites and advertising collateral. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, conduct design trend research, and present concepts

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in advertising, media or arts sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showing diverse projects and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing visual content including graphics, illustrations, layouts and digital assets for campaigns
• Creating brand-consistent materials such as brochures, posters, social media content, websites and advertising collateral
• Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives
• Researching design trends, competitor analysis and audience preferences to inform decisions
• Producing mockups, prototypes and presentations to present design concepts to stakeholders and clients
• Editing and manipulating images and multimedia content to enhance visual appeal and quality
• Managing multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
• Ensuring designs comply with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms

Mandala Terra Capital is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time inhouse basis. Based in Kuta, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, this role is central to our visual communication strategy and brand identity. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message effectively to diverse audiences. What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing visual content including graphics, illustrations, layouts and digital assets for various marketing and promotional campaigns
• Creating brand-consistent materials such as brochures, posters, social media content, websites and advertising collateral
• Collaborating with marketing, communications and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet organisational objectives
• Conducting research on design trends, competitor analysis and audience preferences to inform creative decisions
• Producing mockups, prototypes and presentations to present design concepts to stakeholders and clients
• Editing and manipulating images and multimedia content to enhance visual appeal and quality
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensuring all designs comply with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms and mediums
• Staying updated with the latest design software, tools and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, preferably within advertising, media or arts sectors
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability, visual design skills and a diverse range of completed projects
• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography and layout composition
• Demonstrated ability to translate client briefs and feedback into visually compelling designs
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce pixel-perfect work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience creating digital assets for online platforms
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing or UX/UI design is highly desirable
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages is advantageous
