Role Description This full-time Marketing Team role at Value Maximal International is a hybrid position based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns across online and offline channels, and assisting with market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. Team members will help prepare marketing materials, collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging, and monitor campaign performance to provide regular reports and insights. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining clear communication within the team, supporting brand-building initiatives, and contributing ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interactions and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Understanding of Sales processes and experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance tracking.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to support customer-facing initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics) is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup within the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with the ability to collaborate both in-office and remotely.
