Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong ability to identify global, local, industry, and social media trends and translate them into content or ideas.
• Strong creative thinking and ideation skills.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and campaign performance metrics.
• Portfolio of relevant marketing campaigns, content, events, or projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and content strategies aligned with company's business objectives, target audience, and brand positioning.
• Monitor global, local, industry, business, technology, and social media trends
• Translate trends, insights, and business topics into content ideas.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign themes, timelines, execution plans and content angles across channels.
• Develop and manage content calendars across relevant social media channels.
• Coordinate content creation from ideation to production and publication.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, activations, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure campaigns and events are delivered according to timeline, budget, and objectives.
• Evaluate campaign and event effectiveness and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support lead generation.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
• Act as the key marketing partner for internal stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Commercial, Corporate, and other functions.
• Lead and provide direction to supporting team members or resources involved in marketing and content activities.
• Develop clear ways of working, priorities, and performance expectations for the marketing team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to strengthen their capabilities and quality of execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, creative partners, media partners, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
