Reserve Padel Surabaya is looking for a Marketing Manager to grow its community, create engaging events, and build partnerships that support business growth. You will develop and deliver marketing initiatives that attract more visitors and encourage repeat visits.

The role focuses on improving court utilization and revenue while preserving Reserve's premium positioning, working closely with sponsors, brands, and KOLs to activate premium lifestyle audiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, community development, events, sports, lifestyle, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong experience in community management, event planning and corporate events.
• Understanding of premium consumer behavior, lifestyle preferences, and brand expectations.
• Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with a strong focus on turning plans into action.
• Comfortable taking a hands-on role in programs and events, including weekends when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow Reserve's community, particularly among sports enthusiasts and premium lifestyle audiences.
• Plan and manage events, tournaments, corporate events, and community activations from preparation through delivery and evaluation.
• Develop programs that strengthen community engagement, encourage repeat visits, and increase court utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, brands, communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and potential partners and sponsors.
• Create marketing initiatives that reflect Reserve's premium positioning and appeal to its target customers.
• Identify revenue opportunities through community programs, events, and corporate partnerships.
• Review marketing and event performance, and use the findings to improve future programs.
