A leading pulp and paper company in Indonesia seeks an experienced marketing professional to lead and develop marketing programs. Responsibilities include designing marketing strategies, analyzing brand positioning, and measuring campaign performance. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or the paper industry, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsible for all marketing function, lead and develop marketing program, campaign, activation. Design and implementing marketing strategies to improve and develop performance of our product market share, sales, and profit target. Ensuring that the brand, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers. Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights. Transform marketing strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. Measuring and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
