Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.
- Plan and manage online campaigns, events, and promotions to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead e-commerce marketing initiatives including website optimization, digital ads, and acquisition strategies.
- Leverage digital channels such as social media, email, and content to engage target audiences.
- Implement CRM strategies to build strong customer relationships and improve retention.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and tools, including AI‑based solutions.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize marketing activities using data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder (Communications, Marketing, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in online/offline marketing activation.
- Must have familiarity with the principles of online/offline marketing planning and execution, especially as it relates to digital marketing including KOL planning and execution.
- Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Experience in e‑commerce platforms and understanding of customer journey optimization across digital touchpoints.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa with good public speaking/presentation skills.
