Job summary

Jakarta Premium Outlets Tangerang City is recruiting for a Marketing Executive (Event/Digital) at the Supervisor level. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing marketing, event, and promotional activities across the mall.

The candidate will support the marketing manager, manage administrative tasks, and deliver timely reports while maintaining strong collaboration with stores and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related major.
• At least 3 years minimum of experience as supervisor/executive marketing, preferably in a shopping mall.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CorelDRAW, Photoshop, video editing, and other design applications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all marketing and promotional activities according to the planning and schedule set by superiors.
• Assist the marketing assistant manager in carrying out marketing and promotional activities.
• Run administrative activities required in marketing, event and promotion.
• Ensure that marketing, event and promotion activity schedule runs according to schedule.
• Ensure that marketing, event and promotion activities run smoothly.
• Provide fresh ideas to improve marketing, event and promotions in achieving company targets and objectives.
• Coordinate with the store to provide updated information.
• Create weekly and monthly marketing and promotion reports.
