Job summary

Grab is seeking a Marketing Execution Associate to join the Jabodetabek team. You will support the Marketing Execution Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple products, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing (brand, product management, advertising, or research).
Ability to support integrated strategy development and manage campaigns.
Strong knowledge of regional consumer insights in Jabodetabek.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

Help develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products for Jabodetabek.
Help implement marketing campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage partner-facing initiatives.
Gather and analyze marketing insights and data to support decision-making.
Oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage marketing projects across verticals.
Assist in managing the Jabodetabek marketing budget for efficient resource allocation.
Handle multiple marketing channels, including in-app messaging, for consistent messaging.
Support team development and foster a collaborative environment.
