Job summary

Jacquelle Beaute in North Jakarta is seeking a Marketing Communications professional who can turn creativity, brand strategy, and consumer insights into high-impact campaigns. You will work closely with the CMO to translate business goals into integrated communications.

The role is based at our office in PIK 1, North Jakarta, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will lead media relations, KOL initiatives, and cross-functional campaigns, guiding a MarComm team toward measurable

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (WFO)

Location: PIK 1, North Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

Alongside the CMO, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.

Ensure all content and communications align with brand guidelines and market trends.

Lead media relations, KOL/influencer initiatives, and strategic brand partnerships.

Lead the MarComm team — coordinating project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Creative, Sales & E-commerce, and Business teams.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, beauty industry trends, and competitor activities for continuous marketing improvement.

Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

3–4+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, or PR in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Agency is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or related fields.

Strong understanding of the Indonesian beauty industry, social media trends, and media landscape.

Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and multi-channel campaigns.

Existing networks with beauty media, KOLs, and creative agencies is highly preferred.

Professional English proficiency and excellent written communications & storytelling skills.

Willing to work from the office in PIK 1, North Jakarta, Monday-Friday.
