Job summary

Delta Force is hiring a Marketing Associate to drive our growth in Indonesia, blending general marketing with esports initiatives. You will craft engaging campaigns, collaborate with creators and KOLs, promote Delta Force esports, and translate player, community, and market insights into effective marketing actions.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, campaign management, content marketing, KOL/influencer marketing, esports, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, gaming culture, and Indonesian audiences.
• Creative thinker who can identify emerging trends and develop original campaign ideas from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across general marketing and esports.
• Manage and develop creator/KOL programs, including identifying relevant creators and building campaigns with them.
• Develop creative campaigns and activations based on current trends, player insights, and market opportunities.
• Manage esports marketing activities, including caster management, player promotion, esports partnerships, and team relations.
• Support Delta Force esports social media through match highlights, player-focused content, clips, and other engaging content.
• Monitor and analyze Delta Force performance in Indonesia and provide actionable insights and feedback to the regional team.
• Work closely with internal teams, KOLs, esports organizations, creators, agencies, and other external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
