Qualifications

• Fresh graduates atau kandidat dengan 0–2 tahun pengalaman.
• Gelar sarjana di Marketing, Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
• Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris dengan baik.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm dan eksekusi kampanye pemasaran kreatif dan activations merek.
• Kembangkan ide untuk media sosial, konten digital, dan keterlibatan konsumen.
• Riset perilaku konsumen, pesaing, dan tren pemasaran terkini.
• Koordinasi dengan influencer, pembuat konten, agensi, dan mitra eksternal.
• Dukung peluncuran produk, kampanye promosi, acara, dan activations ritel.
• Bekerja dengan tim merencanakan, mengeksekusi, dan mengevaluasi proyek pemasaran.
• Lacak kinerja kampanye dan rekomendasikan perbaikan.
• Bekerja sama dengan penjualan, desain, dan departemen lain untuk mewujudkan ide.

Join FRANCIS, an Indonesian food brand on a mission to make better-for-you food exciting, accessible, and addictively healthy.

We're looking for creative, curious, and ambitious fresh graduates to join our Marketing Team in Jakarta.

You'll work on real marketing campaigns, help bring ideas to life, and contribute to growing a brand available in thousands of retail stores across Indonesia.

This isn't a role where you just follow instructions. We want people who bring ideas, take initiative, and aren't afraid to try something new.

Tanggung jawab

• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Develop ideas for social media, digital content, and consumer engagement.
• Research consumer behavior, competitors, and emerging marketing trends.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, agencies, and external partners.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and retail activations.
• Work with the team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing projects.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and other departments to bring ideas to life.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution.

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any relevant field.
• Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with fresh ideas.
• Curious, proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Familiar with social media platforms, digital trends, and popular consumer brands.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Organized, responsible, and willing to take ownership of projects.
• Interested in food, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
